There is something so moving and powerful about this piece. Perhaps it’s the expression on her face that is now frozen in time. Or maybe it’s her penetrating eyes, like when you look at a stranger and suddenly become aware of a certain truth that is undeniable. I’m unable to look away. Or maybe it’s just the shiraz I’m drinking. Either way, fucking awesome piece!!
